What we collect

We only collect the personal data you choose to give us through the enquiry form — typically your name, email address, optional phone number, and the details of your message. We do not ask for sensitive personal information, and you should not include any in your enquiry.

How we use it

Your data is used solely to respond to your enquiry, to have the resulting conversation about your needs, and to keep a record of that correspondence. It is not used for unrelated marketing, and it is not sold or rented to anyone.

Consent

We do not disclose your personal data to third parties except where necessary to respond to your enquiry (for example, our email or hosting providers acting on our behalf), or where required by law. Any such providers are expected to protect your data appropriately.

Protection and retention

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. We keep it only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to stop using it. We will respond to reasonable requests within a reasonable time.
